Hi, I'm Audra!

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Weight Loss and Corrective Exercise. With Move More, I aim to redefine fitness, making it approachable for everyone, regardless of their fitness background.

My philosophy is simple: move a bit more each day.

Personal training is just that - personal. As a human being, I'm always learning and evolving, or revisiting old concepts to adapt to my clients.

I don't adhere to a rigid blueprint for everyone's form. Instead, I believe in meeting clients where they are. Everyone is unique and some may require more attention to detail to reach their goals.

While I'm not perfect and don't claim to be, there's one thing I guarantee: we'll have fun along the way!

Audra has all of the knowledge and capacity that you could hope for in a fitness professional, but to me what sets me apart is her tendency to look and listen before arbitrarily prescribing activities. She took the time to hear about the issues I was encountering with my body. She constantly adjusted our cirriculum until we found the perfect regimen for where I was, and progressively worked me towards having the freedom to perform any exercise she threw at me. I would recommend Audra to anyone. Added bonus, she is also hilarious.

These aren’t your normal boring workout sessions, Move More makes each session fun and unique to you. You feel like the priority. I developed pain in my hip area several months ago and she worked with me to alter my workouts so I could still weight train without the pain. Even with these adjustments, I’ve noticed significant muscle gain. My friends and family have also noticed my increased tone and definition. I highly recommend her services and always tell friends who are looking to get fit.
